Happy New Year

Happy New Year! 2014 was a good year and I am hoping that 2015 is even better!
Last year, I took it easy on doing some design team work, but I am ready to get back to work.  This year I want to find a better balance in my creativity.  One thing I have done is limit the number of design teams I am on.  At one point, I was on 5 more design teams and I quickly found myself burnt out and losing my own creativity.  So now, I limit myself, so there is a balance of creating for design teams and creating for myself.
This year, my crafty and blogging goals are:

1) Post to my blog at least 3 times a week.  I want to make sure that I am staying connected with you.  My post will range from project shares, product reviews, inspirations from Pinterest, and special promotions.  The main goal is to post at least 3 days.

2) Become more active on social media.  Do you know I can be found on YouTube, Pinterest, Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram?  I need to work on being more engaged on these social media networks.

3) Organize my personal crafting into monthly themes?  Often times, when I am creating for myself, I struggle to develop content.  I have collected so many stamps sets that there are plenty that I haven't used yet.  Some of the companies are even no longer in operation.  So, I decided to create monthly themes (or maybe be stamp set highlight of the month), so I can focus on the content I am creating.  For example, January is all about those thank you cards, Valentine's Day and new beginnings.

4) This kind of goes along with my previous goals, but I want to create teachable content.  I definitely want to work on more video tutorials and pictorials.  I want to make certain that I am recording the supplies that I use and the measurements.

5) To create monthly galleries of the projects I created.

6) To sell some of my creations and products.

7) To get my craft room organized

8) My last goal, which ties into all my other goals, is to work on my branding.  I want to learn how to make myself stand out.  I want to build my audience.  I want to create an environment and experience so that everyone can take something away from my blog and incorporate it into their crafting and creativity.
