Just Add Water! (2012-126)

Welcome to challenge #114 over at Cricut Cardz Challenge!  The theme is Cute Critters and you can use any cartridge and colors that you like.

For my card, I am using sketch from Clean and Simple Stamping.  Here is the sketch I am work from:

Today, I am working with the Create-A-Critter cartridge.  I just love this cartridge because the critters are so stinkin' cute!  Plus, the layering is so simple.

Cutting Instructions:
Piece A - 4.25 x 11 and score at 5.5
Piece B - 4.25 x 1.5 (x2)
Piece C - 4.25 x 3.25

Cricut Cuts:
Cartridge: Create-A-Critter
- page 64: Accessory <Turtle> at 2.5" and 2"
-page 44: <Hippo> and layers at 2.25"

Card Assembly:
- The card base was cut out to create a standard A2 card (4.25 x 5.5).
- Cut two strips of cardstock at 4.25 x 1.5
- Cut a piece of card stock out at 4.25 x 3.25 and emboss
-Take your two strips an layer them behind your embossed cardstock and layer onto card base.
-Place your die-cut images onto your card and embellish as desire.

Thank you for stopping.  Visit Cardz TV to see what the other DT members has created.

I am made this card using the color palette from CR84FN Color Challenge (grape, green, and blue).  I am entering this card into Make It Monday Challenge where the theme is always Anything Goes.
