Best Friends (2012-42)

Today I have a digital card for you! As you may know, I am a former SU! demonstrator and before my account expires, I needed to download the My Digital Studio files onto my new laptop.  I was playing around in MDS and decided to make a card.  The beautiful thing about MDS is that you can print out your own card to make a hybrid project or get it professionally printed through SU!  Hope you enjoy!

Jinger Adams DT Call submission (2012-41)

Well, Well, Well! I have decided to try out for Jinger Adam's DT call.  I had a very hard time trying to figure out what I wanted to make for my submission.  So, I decided on clean and simple.  I used the Love You A Latte cartridge for the tea pot.  I originally wanted to use the Imagine because I wanted to use the colors palatte from the Elise cartridge, but I needed to update the Imagine and it just was not connecting to the computer.  The sentiment is from SU! Morning Cup stamp set.  I hope you enjoy and cross your fingers!

Before I forget, I added an Action Wobble on the teapot for some interaction.  I got some a couple of weeks from Teresa aka The Scrapbooking Queen and I really wanted to use them.  So I figured why not on this project.

Spring Blog Hop (2012-37)

Welcome to the Spring Blog Hop sponsored by Cardz TV.  If you arrived here from Dana's blog, then you are in the right place. If you will like to start at the beginning, click here.
I had a couple of sketches that I printed from a sketch blog, click here! I used one of Rose's sketches to create this card. I used my loving Cameo to print and cut the Tweety image, which can be purchased from Silhouette.  I used the image to figure out which colors I was going to use in the card. The card base is from Neehah.  The pattern paper and other cardstock are from SU!  I used the Easter Blessing stamp set for the sentiment.  I stamped the sentiment in embossing ink and sprinkled some perfect pearls and brushed off the excess.

Thank you for stopping by and leaving some lovely comments.

Don't forget, Mary is having giving away 2 sets of CTV stamps of the winners choice.

Celebrate Spring (2012-36)

Happy Tuesday!  It's challenge day for Paper Crafting World DT!  This week's theme is to make a spring project with a song in mind.  So, I selected the late Teena Marie's "A Rose by Any Other Name", which is a duet with the late Gerald Levert.

For my project, I used the Christel Bear Holding Flowers digital stamp.  I used the Think Spring from Cardz TV for the sentiment.  I used the Silhouette Cameo to cut the digital stamp and I resized the stamp to be just under 3".
